EN// Summertime is perfect for colorful patterns. Normally I am not that into flowerpatterns but these Zara flowerprint pants have all my favorite colors on it and you can style them perfectly with black and white. Love them <3

Every morning I drink a big glass of water with lemonjuice and then it’s time for a 20-30 minute yoga session. BEST HEALTHY BANANA BREAD RECIPE

EN// Hey hey! Here comes the recipe for one of my favorite breakfast ideas. This is the best healthy banana bread recipe ever and the greatest thing is you can adjust it if you want to have it vegan or glutenfree. So now here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

2 eggs (or egg substitutes like chia seeds when you are vegan)

2-3 mashed ripe bananas

4 tbsp honey or 1/3 cup maple syrup or agave nectar

1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)

1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder

1 tsp baking powder

ground cinnamon (as much as you like)

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (I used spelt flour) (or a glutenfree flour)

optional: add some nuts, chocolate chips or anything you like

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 160 degrees celsius. Then mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour the batter in a loaf pan and bake for about 55-60 minutes! Done ;)!

 

DE// Hey hey! Hier kommt das Rezept für eines meiner liebsten Frühstücksideen, nämlich Bananenbrot! Das Beste an diesem Rezept ist, dass es super gesund ist und dass man es auch vegan oder glutenfrei zubereiten kann. Hier also das Rezept:

Zutaten:

80 ml geschmolzenes Kokosnussöl

2 Eier (oder Ei-Ersatz wenn ihr es vegan haben wollt)

2-3 pürierte Bananen

4 Esslöffel Honig oder 80 ml Ahorn- oder Agavensirup

60 ml Milch nach Wahl

1 Teelöffel Vanille Extract

1 Teelöffel Backpulver

Zimt soviel ihr gerne möchtet

180 g Mehl eurer Wahl (Ich habe hier Dinkel-Vollkorn Mehl verwerndet)

Optional: verschiedene Nüsse, Rosinen etc hinzufügen

Zubereitung: Den Ofen auf 160 Grad Celsius vorheizen. Alle Zutaten in einer großen Schüssel gut vermischen, in eine Kastenkuchenform füllen und circa 55-60 Minuten backen. Das war’s! 😉

The view up there is so amazing and they have great drinks and even super delicious food. But do you know what’s best about this bar? Their brunch buffet at weekends. They have all the food you could possibly wish for: pancakes, waffles, fruits, all kind of eggs, burgers, hotdogs, salads… And on plus there is no better view on the Empire State Building in the whole city. BROOKLYN LOVE

But I was very busy with travelling (we’ve been to Vilnius and Barcelona) and after that with moving into our new home. I love our super cozy house, especially the garden. Yesterday I finished unpacking nearly all of my stuff. But there is still a lot of work to do.

Here you have the last outfit from New York City. We shot it in Dumbo, Brooklyn. What a great location. I fell in love with this place. This neighborhood was recomended by Tess Christine (a youtuber living in this area). And guess what? We met her and her boyfriend in a Restaurant and even took a photo with her. It was so cool, haha! So if you are in New York you really should visit this awesome part of Brooklyn. And on Sundays there is a huge flea market in this area, with tons of cool stuff. You have to check it out! HERE is Tess Christine’s Video about Dumbo.

DE// Hallo Leute! Ist schon ein bisschen her, dass ich mich gemeldet habe. Aber wir waren viel auf Reisen (Vilnius, Barcelona) und am Wochenende sind wir in unser neues Haus gezogen. War ziemlich stressig, aber jetzt ist das Wichtigste erledigt. Nur leider haben wir gerade noch kein WLAN, deswegen sitze ich gerade in einem Coffee Shop in Aix en Provence.

Heute gibt es das letzte Outfit aus New York. Dieses Mal haben wir in Dumbo, einem Stadtteil von Brooklyn geshootet. Was für eine wunderbare Foto-Location. Ich habe mich sofort in diese Gegend verliebt. Darauf aufmerksam hat mich die Youtuberin Tess Christine gemacht. Sie wohnt in dieser Umgebung und hat ein Video ihrer Favorite Spots hochgeladen. Unglaublich war, dass wir sie und ihren Freund dann tatsächlich in einem Restaurant dort getroffen haben. Wir haben kurz Hallo gesagt und ich ein Foto mir ihr gemacht 😉 Wenn ihr also in New York seid, dürft ihr euch diesen Stadtteil echt nicht entgehen lassen. Vor allem an Sonntagen gibt es da sehr viel zu sehen, wie zum Beispiel den riesengroßen Flohmarkt. Schaut vorbei, wenn ihr in Brooklyn seid. HIER geht es zum Video von Tess Christine!

EN// Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I would never skip breakfast for anything. And I really have to say there is no better place for great breakfast than New York City. So here you have my favorite spots in a small NYC breakfast guide:

DE// Meine absolute Lieblingsmahlzeit ist ohne Zweifel das Frühstück. Am liebsten würde ich drei Mal täglich frühstücken wenn das ginge 😉 Und ich muss wirklich sagen, es gibt nicht viele Orte wo man so gut frühstücken kann, wie in New York City. EN// The Butchers Daughter is a vegetarian cafe in Nolita located in Kenmare Street. I love the possibility of sitting outside. Their juices are super delicious and the french toast is the bomb 😉 They also have vegan and glutenfree options!

Everything we had there was just so good, especially the Acai Bowl. And it’s a great place to spot some celebrities. In New York it feels like everyone is working so hard to achieve their dreams. It really makes you want to hustle <3

We shot this outfit in Soho. I am so in love with this satin bomberjacket. I have found it in TJ Maxx in Vienna and the price was just amazing 😉 They have so many different bomberjackets now. If you need one you really should go there.

DE// Hallo Ihr Lieben! Ich hoffe ihr habt mindestens so einen schönen Sommer wie ich 😉 Letzte Woche waren wir wieder einmal in New York City. Meiner Meinung nach einer der schönsten Städte weltweit. Es gibt keinen Ort der so inspirierend ist. Man hat das Gefühl jeder dort arbeitet unaufhörlich an seinen Träumen. Da bekommt man richtig Lust noch härter an seinen eigenen Zielen zu arbeiten.

Dieses Outfit haben wir in den Straßen von Soho geschootet. Ich habe mich wirklich in diese Bomberjacke aus Satin verliebt. Ist sie nicht toll? Ich habe sie bei TK Maxx in der Shopping City entdeckt und der Preis war der Hammer 😉 Tk Maxx hat gerade richtig viele schöne Bomberjacken in verschiedensten Farben, Schnitten und Mustern.
