EN// If you know me a little bit better, then you know that I love Scandinavia. Especially Scandinavian style and cinnamon buns, haha! So as I heard there is a danish café in Lisbon (actually they have 5 locations around Lisbon because it’s so popular and a handful other locations in Europe), I knew I had to visit 😉 It’s called Copenhagen Coffee Lab and it’s all about good coffee and fresh baked bread and pastry. On plus the interior is very Scandinavian and invites to spend some time there. I had the cinnamon roll (of course 😉 and a cappuccino. Both were super delicious but the very best thing was the rye bread we took home. OMG. Just a plain avocado toast with this bread is a dream come true!

DE// Wenn ihr mich schon ein bisschen besser kennt, wisst ihr bestimmt, dass ich ein großer Fan von Skandinavien bin. Vor allem der skandinavische Style und die Zimtschnecken haben es mir angetan, haha. Als ich also gehört habe, dass es ein dänisches Café in Lissabon gibt (eigentlich sogar 5 Standorte in Lissabon und auch mehrere in Deutschland), musste ich da natürlich hin. Es heißt Copenhagen Coffee Lab und es dreht sich dort alles um guten Kaffee und selbst gebackenes Brot und Süßwaren. Außerdem ist das Interieur sehr skandinavisch und lädt ein zum Zeit verbringen. Ich habe mir eine Zimtschnecke (natürlich) bestellt und einen Cappuccino. Beides war wirklich sehr sehr gut aber das aller beste war das Roggenbrot, welches wir mit nach Hause genommen haben. OMG. Ein ganz einfacher Avocado Toast mit diesem Brot war einfach nur himmlisch.
