EN// Happy Monday guys! I am sitting at the airport in Munich, waiting for my connecting flight to Vienna. My plane from Marseille was delayed so I missed my booked flight to Vienna. Now I have to wait for a few hours for the next flight and I figured I should write a blogpost 😉

The photos are from our cozy breakfast on Saturday in Paris. The place is called Season Paris and the food is just amazing. It reminds me of all the cool breakfast places in New York ( best NY breakfast places HERE). We loved it so much that we even came back on Sunday to have brunch, haha. On Saturday I had the Acai Bowl and a Banana Tartine and on Saturday I had the Pancakes and my Husband and I shared the Avocado bread. It was just delicious. I highly recommend you this place, when you are visiting Paris.

DE// Einen schönen Montag wünsche ich euch allen! Ich sitze gerade im Flughafen München und warte auf meinen Anschlussflug nach Wien. Mein Flugzeug aus Marseille hatte Verspätung und deswegen habe ich leider den eigentlichen Flug nach Wien verpasst. Jetzt heißt es ein paar Stunden warten.

Diese Bilder sind bei unserem gemütlichen Frühstück am Samstag in Paris entstanden. Das Café heißt Season Paris und das Essen ist einfach nur gut. Es erinnert mich ein bisschen an eines dieser coolen Frühstücks-Lokale in New York (NY Breakfast Guide HERE). Das Essen hat uns so gut geschmeckt, dass wir am Sonntag sogar nochmal da gefrühstückt haben, haha. Am Samstag habe ich die Acai Bowl und eine Bananen-Tartine gegessen und am Sonntag habe ich die Pancakes gegessen und mir das Avocadobrot mit meinem Mann geteilt. So lecker. Ich kann euch nur empfehlen da mal vorbeizuschauen, wenn ihr gerade in Paris unterwegs seid!

EN// How cool is this Zara lace up sweater? I love the details on the sleeves and the fact that it is a little bit cropped. I feel like sweater with unexpected details are a huge thing right now. You can find them everywhere. So cool <3 Such a great piece to style your look a little bit down. Nobody can be overdressed wearing a sweater, don’t you agree? 😉

DE// Wie cool ist dieser Zara Lace Up Sweater? Ich liebe die Details an den Ärmeln und dass er etwas kürzer geschnitten ist. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass Sweater mit auffälligen Details gerade voll im Trend sind. Man sieht sie gerade überall. So cool 😉 Es gibt kein besseres Teil mit dem man einen Look “down stylen” kann. Man kann einfach nicht overdressed sein, wenn man einen Sweater anhat, oder? 😉

JORD WOOD WATCH AND NERD GLASSES

EN// Today’s outfit is made in collaboration with JORD. I had so many different looks in my head, because this dark sandalwood watch is super versatile and goes with so many different colors. But when I found these nerd glasses in my drawer I just had to include them in this outfit, haha. So I built this look around these two accesories and styled them with this ripped Jeans from Topshop and my favorite fluffy coat from Zara. Do you like my choice?

DE// Das heutige Outfit ist in Zusammenarbeit mit JORD entstanden. Ich hatte so viele verschiedene Outfits im Kopf, weil diese Uhr so vielseitig ist und zu nahezu allen Farben passt, wie ich finde. Aber als ich dann diese “Nerd-Brille” in der Schublade gefunden habe, wusste ich dass ich sie auch in diesen Look integrieren möchte. Also habe ich dieses Mal das Outfit um die Accessoires herum gebaut und es mit meiner Lieblings-Jeans von Topshop und dem Fluffy Mantel von Zara kombiniert. Wie gefällt euch meine Auswahl? EN// Happy Sunday to you guys! Today it is time for another Hotel Review. Since you liked the last one ( HERE) so much, I figured I should post them more often!

Two weeks ago my husband surprised me with a stay at the NOVOTEL MARSEILLE VIEUX PORT,a 4 Star Spa-Hotel, located at the old harbor in Marseille. It is in walk distance to the city center with lots of shopping opportunities and of course all the great restaurants at the “vieux port”. The Hotel is super modern, has a huge outdoor pool, a bar and a great spa where we spent one hour using sauna, the steam bath and the indoor pool while enjoying a wonderful view. Speaking of great view: The breakfast room has a huge glass front, so you are eating your breakfast with a wonderful view at the vieux port. And by the way the breakfast was amazing. One of the best breakfasts I had at a french hotel so far.

The room was pretty standard, but had everything you need and it was very clean. The bed was super comfy with a good matress and amazing pillows. We also had a couch, a working desk and a bathroom with a shower.

All in all we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our weekend in the Novotel Marseille Vieux port very much. I can really recommend you to book this place when you are searching for a Hotel in Marseille, where you can combine shopping and sightseeing with a stay at the pool or the spa.

DE// Schönen Sonntag wünsche ich euch allen! Da euch meine letzte Hotel Review (HIER) so gut gefallen hat, dachte ich mir, dass ich so etwas öfter posten sollte.

Vor zwei Wochen hat mich mein Mann mit einer Übernachtung im NOVOTEL MARSEILLE VIEUX PORT überrascht. Das 4-Sterne Hotel liegt direkt am alten Hafen von Marseille und das Zentrum mit seinen unzähligen Shopping-Möglichkeiten ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr modern, hat eine große Outdoor-Pool Area, eine Bar und einen superschönen Spa-Bereich. Natürlich haben wir die Möglichkeit genutzt und haben den Spa-Bereich getestet. Er besteht aus einer Sauna, einem Dampfbad und einem Innenpool mit wirklich wunderschönem Blick über den alten Hafen von Marseille. Eine noch bessere Sicht auf den sogenannten “Vieux Port” gibt es nur aus dem Frühstücksraum. Dieser ist komplett verglast und man kann sein Croissant und Café au lait richtig genießen. Das Frühstück war übrigens auch der Hammer. Mit Sicherheit eines der besten, die ich bis jetzt in einem französischen Hotel hatte.

Das Zimmer war sehr standardmäßig eingerichtet.Alles was man braucht war vorhanden und es war sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Sofa im Zimmer, einen Schreibtisch, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein sehr gemütliches Bett mit angenehmen Kissen.

Mein Fazit ist, dass ich euch wirklich empfehlen kann, ein Zimmer im Novotel Marseille Vieux Port zu buchen. Vor allem wenn ihr ein zentral gelegenes Hotel sucht und dabei ein wenig Sonne am Pool, oder entspannte Stunden im Spa genießen wollt.

EN// Whoop whoop TGIF! 🙂 What do you think about the ripped jeans plus fishnet tights trend? I love it, as you can see 😉 I think it’s a great combination of casual and sexy. I ripped these jeans by myself by the way. Such an easy way to pimp your old jeans. But make sure to use boyfriend jeans and not super skinny ones, that looks so much better!

How was your week? We had amazing weather and I enjoyed it so much. Sun just makes me happy. Today I even worked out in our garden and after half an hour I had a tanline from my sports bra, haha. In February.. How crazy is that??

DE// Whoop whoop TGIF! 🙂 Was haltet ihr von dem Ripped Jeans mit Fishnet-Strumpfhosen Trend? Wie ihr seht, bin ich ein riesen Fan davon. Ich denke, es ist eine tolle Kombination von casual und sexy. Übrigens habe ich diese Jeans selbst zerschnitten. War auch echt nicht so schwierig und ist, wie ich finde, auch ganz gut geworden. Ein guter Weg um langweilige, ältere Jeansmodelle ein wenig aufzupimpen. Ich würde euch allerdings raten, Boyfriend Jeans Modelle zu verwenden und eher keine Skinny-Jeans. Sieht einfach besser aus und ist auch viel leichter zu machen!

Wie ist eure Woche so gelaufen? Wir hatten unglaublich schönes Wetter diese Woche. Sonne macht mich einfach glücklich und ich habe sie sehr genossen. Heute habe ich sogar ein kleines Workout in unserem Garten eingelegt und hatte einfach einen Abdruck von meinem Sport-BH auf der Haut, haha. Im Februar, wie verrückt ist das denn? 😀

EN// Today I want to show you my favorite spot for a dessert and coffee in Aix en Provence: the PATISSERIE WEIBEL. The coffee tastes amazing there and they have super delicious sweet stuff too. And the best thing is, you can get nearly all the cakes and pastries in a mini version, which is perfect when you need something for your sweet tooth, but don’t want to eat a huge piece of cake. Love it <3 You really should visit this place, when you are in Aix en Provence.

DE// Heute zeige ich euch eines meiner Lieblingscafés in Aix en Provence und zwar die PATISSERIE WEIBEL. Der Kaffee dort schmeckt super und die Torten und Kuchen sind einfach himmlisch. Und das Beste: es gibt nahezu jede Süßigkeit auch als Mini-Version. Perfekt wenn man Lust auf ein kleines Dessert hat und nicht einen riesiges Stück Kuchen verdrücken will. Auf jeden Fall vorbeischauen, wenn ihr in Aix en Provence unterwegs seid!

EN// In France there are soldes (which means sale) just two times a year, in january/february and july/august. And it’s a huge thing here. So much stuff is on sale it’s insane. Yesterday I even saw the Chloé Susanna boots on 30% sale, what nearly never happens. And today’s outfit consists of three pieces I bought on sale here in France: The Guns n’ roses bandshirt that I bought at ELEVEN PARIS , this fluffy coat I from ZARA and the lace up choker I bought at STRADIVARIUS. Do you like this combination?

DE// Zweimal im Jahr, nämlich im Januar/Februar und Juli/August, gibt es in Frankreich einen großen Abverkauf in allen Geschäften. Anders als in Deutschland ist nicht nur ein kleiner Teil, sondern fast das gesamte Sortiment stark reduziert. Gestern habe ich sogar die Chloé Susanna Boots 30% verbilligt gesehen, was unter normalen Umständen eigentlich niemals vorkommt. Das heutige Outfit besteht aus drei Teilen die ich im Sale ergattert habe: dem Guns n’Roses Bandshirt von ELEVENPARIS, den Mantel von Zara und dem Choker von Stradivarius.
