EN// Good morning! The last time I visited Paris I decided to go tp Café de Flore Paris to find out what the hype is about. I feel like it is one of the most famous Cafés in Paris and I wanted to try it myself.

The Café is situated in St. Germain des Prés and the surrounding is just stunning. Café de Flore Paris itself is THE classic parisian Café with a small terrace where all the chairs are arranged next to each other.  I came for a coffee and a croissant, but they already ran out of croissants altough it was just ten o’clock 🙁 So I decided to take strawberries and cream and they were delicious, but also the most expensive strawberries I ever had, haha. Honestly everything was kind of expensive. The food looked pretty good but there was nothing super special on the menu.

All in all it’s a pretty parisian Café and I can recommend you to go there, drink a cup of coffee and enjoy the atmosphere a little bit. But when it comes to food and not paying too much money I would rather go and eat somewhere else.

DE// Einen schönen guten Morgen! Das letzte Mal, als ich in Paris war, habe ich beschlossen, das berühmte Café de Flore Paris mal zu probieren. Ich wollte unbedingt wissen, warum es so gehypt ist und was es damit auf sich hat.

Das Café liegt im wunderschönen Saint Germain des Prés und sieht von außen wirklich sehr schön aus. Drinnen ist es typisch für ein Pariser Café und auch die Terrasse ist so, wie man sie sich vorher vorgestellt hat: kleine runde Tische und die Stühle stehen nebeneinander und nicht gegenüber. Ich war um etwa 10:00 dort und wollte eigentlich ein Coissant und einen Kaffee bestellen, nur leider waren die Croissants schon ausverkauft. Also habe ich mit frischen Erdbeeren mit Sahne vorlieb genommen und sie waren unglaublich gut, allerdings auch die teuersten Erdbeeren meines Lebens, haha. Ehrlich gesagt, war alles dort ziemlich teuer, sogar für Paris Verhältnisse. Das Essen sah aber sehr gut aus, aber es war auch nichts besonderes auf der Karte, was es nicht in anderen Pariser-Cafés auch geben würde.

Alles in allem ist es ein wunderschönes Café und ich kann euch raten, da mal hinzugehen und einen schönen Kaffee zu trinken und die Atmosphäre zu genießen. Zum Essen würde ich allerdings woanders hingehen und mir Geld sparen.

FR// Coucou mes amis! Le dernier fois quand j’étais a Paris, j’ai visité le fameux Café de Flore Paris. Ca fait quelques années que je voulais le tester. J’ai mangé des Fraises Avec chantilly et j’ai bu un cappucino. C’etait super bon, mais aussi trés cher! Les plats ont l’air trés bon aussi, mais a mon avis c’était rien de speciale et aussi super cher.

A mon avis c’est un Café magnifique, mais je vour proposerais d’y aller pour boire un truc et vivre l’ambiance parisienne. Mais si vous voulez manger il y a des restaurants meilleurs et moins chers restaurants a Paris.
