EN// We’ve finally moved to our new apartment. After nearly 6 months of living here and there we have our own place again. It was about time 😉 ( Find out why we moved to Porto HERE). But I can tell you it wasn’t easy to get an apartment we liked. Before, we have chosen another one, but due to several reasons it didn’t work out for us. After that we visited the apartment we are in now and fell in love right away. But first it looked like we won’t get it too, because another couple was supposed to get it before us. Long story short after a lot of back and forth we moved into the apartment and we are super happy and thankful for that!
The apartment was used as an Airbnb before which means that it is furnitured and well equipped so we just had to unpack our 5 bags and that was it. It is situated in Matosinhos, which is about a 15 Minute drive from the center of Porto. There are also several Metro stations to reach the city. But the coolest thing ever is that we are only a 15 minute walk away from the first beach. Perfect for working out or going for a walk at the beach (also with our little one next year <3). Can’t wait!!
DE// Endlich sind wir in unsere neue Wohnung in Porto gezogen. Nach fast einem halben Jahr hier und da Wohnen haben wir wieder unser eigenes Zuhause. Es wurde aber auch Zeit 😉 (Den Beitrag dazu, warum wir nach Porto gezogen sind gibt es HIER). Aber ich sage euch, es war nicht leicht etwas Passendes zu finden und das dann auch zu bekommen! Zuerst hatten wir uns eine andere Wohnung ausgesucht, aber aus verschiedenen Gründen hat es dann doch nicht geklappt. Dann hat mein Mann die Wohnung wo wir jetzt drin sind gefunden und als wir sie angesehen haben, habe ich mich direkt verliebt. Leider hatte aber ein anderes Paar zuerst das Vorrecht auf die Wohnung, aber nach einigem Hin und Her haben sie abgesagt und wir haben sie bekommen 🙂
Die Wohnung wurde die letzten Monate als Airbnb genutzt, was bedeutet, dass sie möbliert und sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Wir musste also nur unsere paar Taschen auspacken und schon war alles fertig 😉 Sie liegt nicht direkt in Porto, sondern in Matosinhos etwa 15 Minuten vom Zentrum von Porto entfernt. Es gibt aber  einige Metro Stationen um das Zentrum auch ohne Auto zu erreichen. Das Beste allerdings ist, dass die Wohnung nur einen 15-minütigen Spaziergang vom ersten Strand entfernt ist. Perfekt um am Strand Sport zu machen oder lange Spaziergänge (vor allem dann wenn unser Kleine da ist <3). Kann es gar nicht erwarten!
