Yesterday we were at a friends wedding in Vienna at the Schönbrunn Palace. It was gorgeous and she looked stunning. We all had a wonderful Saturday.

I had the feeling, that my body needs a break, so I decided to try the 5-day juice cleanse. I ordered the juices at JUICEDELI, a company located at the Mariahilferstraße in Vienna. I picked up the juices myself, but they also deliver them if you want. There are a few reasons why I picked Juicedeli for my detox: First, they don’t use any plastic! You will get your juice in glassbottles. Second, they don’t use any high pressure pasteurization like some other companies. So the juices have a very short shelf life (3-4 days) and you always get a fresh juice full of vitamins. Third, juicedeli uses only organic products from local farmers in Austria.
When I am finished with my juice cleanse you will get my personal conclusion. So stay tuned and make juice not war 😉

 

 

DE// Hallo Leute! Wenn ihr mir auf Instagram folgt, habt ihr sicher schon mitbekommen, dass ich am Montag eine Saftkur begonnen habe. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass mein Körper eine kleine Auszeit braucht und habe daher beschlossen, die 5-Tages-Kur zu machen. Die Säfte habe ich bei JUICEDELI (ein kleines Unternehmen mit Sitz auf der Mariahilferstraße in Wien) bestellt. Ich habe die Säfte gerstern selbst abgeholt, aber auf Wunsch werden sie auch direkt nach Hause geliefert. Es gibt ein paar Gründe warum ich gerade Juicedeli für meine Saftkur gewählt habe: Sie verwenden keine Plastikverpackungen. Die Säfte gibt es in umweltfreundlichen Glasflaschen. Außerdem verzichten sie auf die HPP (High Pressure Pateurization), daher sind die Säfte auch nur höchtens 4 Tage haltbar. Man kann also sicher sein, dass man stets frischen Saft bekommt, wo noch viele Vitamine enthalten sind. Die Zutaten für die Säfte bezieht Juicedeli ausschließlich von lokalen Bio Bauern in Österreich. Beste Qualität also garantiert.
Mein endgültiges Fazit gibt es wenn ich die Saftkur beendet habe, also seid gespannt 😉

EN// Good morning! Today I have such an easy but so delicious vegan waffle recipe for you! And guess what they are also glutenfree and very low in calories! That sounds great right?

The ingredients for three waffles are one banana and a cup of oats. That’s it! Just smash the banana and put the oats in a mixer to get some oatflour. Then put everything into a bowl, add a half cup of water and whisk everything together. Put one third of the batter into the waffle machine and bake until brown. These three waffles just have about 400 calories. How cool is that?

DE// Guten Morgen! Heute habe ich ein superleichtes und sehr leckeres Waffel-Rezept für euch! Das Beste daran ist auch noch, dass die Waffeln vegan, glutenfrei und kalorienarm sind. Das klingt doch sehr vielversprechend.

Die Zutaten für drei Waffeln sind: eine Banane und ein Becher Haferflocken. Das war’s. Einfach die Banane zerquetschen, die Haferflocken in einem Mixer zu Hafermehl zerkleinern und dann alles zusammen mit einem halben Becher Wasser zu einem Teig vermischen. Ein Drittel des Teiges ins Waffeleisen geben und bis zur gewünschten Bräune backen. Drei dieser Waffeln haben nur 400 Kalorien und kommen ohne Fett und Zucker aus. Wie cool ist das denn?

EN// Hey favorites! Hope you have a great week so far. What do you think about my outfit? This pleated metallic skirt is everything. I bought it at Zara a few weeks ago. Altough the skirt is not basic at all, I have the feeling I will find so many occasions to wear it and also so many different ways to style it.

This week was pretty stressful so far. We have to get out of our appartment before we go to Vienna on Sunday. But our new house isn’t free yet, so we will put our stuff into a storage for the next two months. So now is our apartment is full of boxes and everything. What a mess..

DE// Hallo meine Liebsten 🙂 Ich hoffe sehr, ihr hattet einen guten Wochenstart. Was meint ihr zu meinem Outfit? Dieser metallic Rock ist doch der Hammer oder? Ich habe ihn vor ein paar Wochen bei Zara gekauft. Er ist zwar nicht Basic, aber ich habe das Gefühl, dass man ihn zu verschiedensten Anlässen stylen kann.

Unsere Woche war ziemlich stressig bis jetzt. Wir müssen aus unserer Wohnung raus, bevor es am Sonntag dann endlich nach Wien geht. Leider ist unser neues Haus noch nicht frei und deswegen müssen wir unsere Sachen in einem Depot lagern. War gar nicht so leicht das alles zu organisieren, vor allem auf französisch, aber mein Ehemann hat das ziemlich gut hinbekommen. Jetzt ist die ganze Bude voll mit Kartons, aber bald haben wir alles fertig gemacht und können in Ruhe nach Wien fliegen!

But instead of buying something with some patches on I decided to put them on myself. So when I saw these jeans at Stradivarius I knew they were perfect for my idea. These patches I got at a vintage store in Aix en Provence. I bought a few more because I am planning to personalize a military jacket and a vintage denim jacket too. So stay tuned for more patches, haha!

DE// Hey hey! Kleidung mit Patches ist gerade absolut im Trend. Doch anstatt mir etwas zu kaufen, wo schon welche dran sind, habe ich beschlossen selber kreativ zu werden. Als ich diese Jeans bei Stradivarius gekauft habe, wusste ich sie ist perfekt für meine Idee, sie mit Patches zu verschönern. Diese Aufnäher habe ich bei einem Vintage Laden in Aix en Provence gekauft. Ich habe gleich ein paar mehr mitgenommen, weil ich auch noch zwei meiner Vintage Jacken personalisieren möchte. Also seid gespannt auf meine weiteren Kreationen, haha!

3 DIFFERENT RECIPES FOR VEGAN BRUSCETTA

EN// Hello guys! We already finished day 21 of the vegan challenge and I am not craving any meat, dairy or fish. It’s really much easier than I thought.

În a Restaurant in Istres they serve giant bruscetta as a main dish. Of course with tons of animal products, so I decided to make it at home by myself. So I bought a package of this huge bruscetta bread and some vegetables and made three different bruscetta types for lunch.

  1. Champignon-red pepper-rocket bruscetta: Put the bread in the oven (200 degrees). Slice up some champignons and a red pepper and cook them in a pan with your favorite spices. Take the bread out of the oven and put some fresh rocket on. Then place the champignon-red pepper mix on the bread and drizzle on some reduction of balsamic vinegar. That’s it!
  2. Tomato-rocket-bruscetta: Put the bread in the oven. Slice up two tomatoes and put them into a small bowl. Drizzle on one tablespoon of olive oil, two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Take the bread out of the oven, place the rocket and the tomato slices on the bread and drizzle on some reduction of balsamic vinegar (I love that stuff by the way ;).
  3. Avocado-rocket-bruscetta: Put the bread into the oven. Mash up two Avocados and add your favorite Avocado spices (mine are salt, pepper and paprika). Take the bread out of the oven and place the guacamole and some rocket on the bread.

Which recipe do you like the most? My favorite is the Avocado bread (of course ;)!

DE// Hallo Leute! Heute ist schon Tag 21 der “Vegan Challenge” und es ist wirklich leichter als ich gedacht hätte. Mit ein bisschen Fantasie kann man wunderbare Gerichte ohne tierische Produkte kochen. Ein Restaurant in Istres hat mich zu einem Riesen-Bruscetta-Rezept inspiriert. Diese drei veganen Variationen habe ich heute Mittag zubereitet:

  1. Champignon-Paprika-Rucola Bruscetta: Bruscetta Brot im Ofen warmmachen. Währenddessen Champignons und Paprika klein schneiden und dann mit den Lieblingsgewürzen in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Brot aus dem Ofen nehmen, frisches Rucola und die Champignon-Mischung darauf platzieren, etwas Balsamico-Reduktion darüber träufeln und fertig!
  2. Tomaten-Rucola-Bruscetta: Bruscetta Brot im Ofen warmmachen. Währenddessen zwei Tomaten kleinschneiden und in einer Schüssel mit einem Esslöffel Olivenöl, zwei Esslöffeln Balsamicoessig und Salz und Pfeffer vermischen. Brot aus dem Ofen nehmen, Rucola und Tomaten aufs Brot geben und mit etwas Balsamico Reduktion verfeinern.
  3. Avocado-Rucola-Bruscetta: Bruscetta Brot im Ofen warmmachen. Zwei Avocados in einer Schüssel zerdrücken und mit Salt und Pfeffer (oder Gewürzen eurer Wahl) vermischen. Brot aus dem Ofen nehmen und die Guacamole und etwas Rucola darauf verteilen. Fertig!

Welche Variante gefällt euch am besten? Mein Favorit ist das Avocado-Brot (natürlich ;)!

I  never imagined myself wearing an A-line skirt. I just didn’t think it would fit me. But I think it works with some kneehigh plateau boots. What do you think?

What are you up for this Sunday? We will spend it on our couch, with some good food and movies. Perfect cozy Sunday. Besides that we’ll pack some moving boxes too, because we will move to Aix en Provence very soon. From the end of May my husband and I will spend our holidays  in Vienna and New York. So the next two weeks I have a lot of work to do 😉

Was habt ihr so vor an diesem Sonntag? Wir warden unseren Sonntag ganz gemütlich auf dem Sofa mit gutem Essen und ein paar Filmen verbringen. Außerdem müssen ein paar Umzugskartons gepackt werden, weil es gar nicht mehr so lange dauert bis zu unserem Umzug nach Aix en Provence. EN// Hey hey! Today I have a new outfit post for you and some great news! But first it’s all about the outfit: I ordered this suede dress by River Island a few weeks ago. I wasn’t looking for a suede dress at all, because normally it is not what I call “my style”. But somehow it ended up in my shopping cart and from the moment I unpacked it, I was in love. The dress is a great eyecatcher, especially worn together with my Asos overknee boots. But it also works great with some white sneakers. What do you think about it?
Now the news: We are going to move this summer! :)) The city is called Aix-en-Provence. We’ve been there several times and  I just love it there. My husband got the offer to play for their first league team PAUC Handball and I’m already so excited. Can’t wait to move to our new house !

 

 

DE// Hey hey! Heute gibt es einen neuen Outfit-Post für euch und tolle Neuigkeiten! Erstmal alles zum Outfit: Dieses Kleid im Wildlederstil habe ich vor ein paar Wochen bei Asos bestellt. Ein Wildleder-Kleid ist normalerweise nicht so richtig mein “Style”, aber irgendwie ist es doch im Warenkorb gelandet und ab dem Moment, als ich es ausgepackt habe, war ich sofort verliebt. Vor allem die Kombination mit den Asos Overknee-Boots hat es mir angetan, aber auch zu weißen Sneakers passt es super. Was haltet ihr davon?
Nun zu den Neuigkeiten: Wir werden im Sommer umziehen! :)) Nach Aix-en-Provence, also bleiben wir in der Region. Mein Ehemann akzeptierte das Angebot, für das Erstligateam PAUC Handball zu spielen und ich bin schon so aufgeregt. Kann es nicht erwarten in unser neues Haus einzuziehen !

VEGAN CHALLENGE DAY 1-GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Green smoothie kale orange apple bananaEN// My husband and I decided to join the BECEL VEGAN CHALLENGE. Together with the German Soccer Pro Marco Sailer and several other professional Sportsmen and -women we are going to eat 100 % vegan for the next 30 days. And there is no better way of starting a day and a new challenge than with a green smothie !

Here is the recipe: Put 2 leafes of kale, the juice of 3 oranges, one apple and one banana in a blender and mix everything until smooth. If the cosistency is too thick just add a little bit of water.

DE// Mein Mann und ich haben beschlossen an der BECEL VEGAN CHALLENGE teilzunehmen. Zusammen mit dem Fußball Bundesligaprofi Marco Sailer und einigen anderen Topsportlern wird ab heute 30 Tage lang zu 100% vegan gegessen. Und für mich gibt es keinen besseren Weg den Tag und eine neue Challenge zu beginnen als mit einem leckeren Green Smoothie!

Hier also das Rezept dazu: Zwei Grünkohl-Blätter, den Saft von drei Orangen, einen geschnittenen Apfel und eine Banane in einem Mixer mixen. Wenn der Smoothie zu dickflüssig ist einfach etwas Wasser dazu geben.
